EB-5 Business Management
AAA Florida acts as the General Partner and provides advisory and administrative services for all investment partnerships, as well as handles day-to-day investment management. A few broad duties are:
- Assure target business continuously meets program qualifications throughout the course of business operations
- Track financial success of the operation and assure it aligns with qualifying investments
- Compile semi-annual reports to keep limited partners aware of all business operations
- Organize meetings with limited partners as needed
- Keep limited partnership documentation and archives up-to-date
- Contract professional services such as legal and financial auditing to be available as needed during the partnership
Immigration Services
AAA provides the below documentation to the immigration attorney of the EB-5 investor to help assure a smooth EB-5 application process:
- An in-depth business plan that fulfills all USCIS prerequisites
- A compiled detail-oriented econometric study that focuses on the job-creation by the regional center
- Authenticated version of the limited partnership contract
- Any necessary offering circulars
- Any necessary evidence of invested EB-5 capital including escrow documentation
